Otters
Tobermory's most unusual resident in 2009 was a wild but bold otter, nicknamed Elvis - like his namesake, sadly no longer with us. Hundreds of visitors were charmed by his appearance around the bay.

If you see an otter here or anywhere else in Mull, please remember that they are a European Protected Species and it is an offence to disturb them, their breeding site or resting place.
